Tecla Studio Vist!

So we were lucky to have a great studio visit yesterday from the newly distributed artist by Sony, TECLA, signed by Mayiamba Music. 

Our mission was to design her some large bracelets for her to wear on stage and some simpler bracelets for band merch at shows and giveaways for her new Album Release in MARCH. We really wanted to make her the center of inspiration and make it as she would have designed the bracelets with all of her interests and cultural background in mind. After we mocked up some ideas we invited Tecla and her crew to the studio to help us finalize the designs and lock in the colors and get the TECLA approval of goodness.

Check us out in last weeks episode of Glee "Diva"

So if you see Feb 8th's Episode of  Glee "Diva" you can see Jenna Ushkowitz "Tina" rocking our vinyl record chandelier pendant from our heritage collection and matching it with a great pink large hounds tooth print.  This is her 3rd time wearing this specific piece on the tv show GLEE and we love that it complements her style so well. 

Turntable Tuesdays!!1920's Boombox Camera phonograph

I always wanted one of these 1920's travel phonograph that's like the size of a camera by Kameraphone. It great because it all folds up in this little box  with a handle and all you do is screw together and crank it up and put on your favorite 78 record wherever you are. This is a cool little boom box or walkman style player that you can imagine some flappers jamming out to in a park.
